2. Service Description & Free Access

Lancer Mate provides tools for project, financial, and client management. The platform is currently completely free and ad-supported. We reserve the right to introduce "Premium" paid features in the future; however, users will be notified in advance, and no fees will be charged for current free features without your explicit consent.

3. Account Responsibility

  • You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and all activities under your account.
  • All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
  • It is strictly prohibited to use the platform for any illegal, fraudulent, or disruptive activities.

4. Content Ownership & Copyright

  • Your Content: All data you upload or input (projects, files, notes) remains your exclusive property. Lancer Mate claims no ownership over your content.
  • Platform Rights: The Lancer Mate brand, source code, and original designs are our intellectual property and may not be copied, reproduced, or imitated.

5. Disclaimer (Limitation of Liability)

  • We strive to ensure the platform is operational 24/7; however, we do not guarantee that technical interruptions beyond our control will not occur.
  • Lancer Mate is an organizational tool. We are not liable for any professional or financial losses resulting from your business decisions or your relationships with your clients.

6. Advertising Model

By using the platform, you accept the display of advertisements within the user interface. We are committed to ensuring these ads are non-intrusive to your workflow and will do our best to ensure they are relevant to your interests as a freelancer.

7. Termination of Account

You have the right to close your account at any time. Likewise, Lancer Mate reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service or abuse the system.
